Start with the provider's current offer
Record the exact institution, programme, campus and start date. Use the provider's international office for course-specific details and the official immigration guidance for your visa route.
Make funds, insurance and arrival costs visible
Build one plan for tuition, housing, transport, food, insurance, flights and the first weeks. Keep required proof-of-funds documents separate from assumptions about part-time work or future income.
Plan housing around the arrival window
Compare move-in dates, contract length, deposit, utilities, room type and payment recipient. Save the written offer and record the condition of the room when you arrive.

- Can the housing contract begin close to the arrival date?
