How we use your information.

Information collected

We may collect analytics data and information you voluntarily provide in a housing request, including contact details, destination, university, dates, budget and room preferences. If you request a NRIGrad resource, we collect your email, the resource requested, the page and campaign that referred you, and whether you separately opted into occasional updates.

Why it is used

We use this information to operate the site, understand content performance, respond to enquiries, provide requested resources and introduce suitable housing requests to accommodation partners. Resource delivery consent is not marketing consent.

Who receives housing requests

When you request an introduction, relevant details may be shared with Amber, UniAcco, uHomes or another partner clearly identified to you. Those companies apply their own privacy policies when they contact you.

Resource updates

We send occasional study-abroad updates only when you select the optional marketing checkbox. You can withdraw that permission or request deletion by contacting us. We do not sell resource subscriber email addresses.

Your choices

To request access, correction or deletion, email hello@nrigrad.com. Legal retention or legitimate operational requirements may limit deletion.
